We will be undergoing a scheduled database maintenance for US-hosted licenses to boost its performance. Full process will take up to an hour, but we expect the listed components (Agent apps, Chat widget, API, Integrations, and Support chat on www.livechatinc.com) to be affected only for a few minutes - it will not be possible to log into the app or save any changes done in the settings during this short time. We will keep you posted about the progress.
