• Transcripts in transferred chats may not be visible for agents,

• Chat Page may be impacted and not load correctly at times,

• Agents logouts may occur,

• Chat transcript may not be visible for visitors if they move between pages on your website.The approximate time for the maintenance is 2 hours but we will keep it as short as possible. It will not affect licenses stored on our servers in Europe. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
